PLEASE NOTE: All vehicles must be licensed and insured with a valid Warrant Of Fitness certification. Indemnity/Disclaimer: Whilst Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) maintains all full, valid vehicle drivers licenses, as well as Personal, Public, and Professional Liability Protection Insurances, it is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner/responsible person to ensure that the vehicle's nominated driver, third party, and other related insurances are valid and effective in the event of any loss, or damage, caused, inflicted, or suffered, whilst under/or in the care/operation of Caretaker Services (Mark Warner). Any traffic offences, violations or fines, and/or other vehicle/driver related infringements and/or penalties that may occur as a direct cause or result of negligence, or wilful intent on the part of Caretaker Services (Mark Warner), will be for the sole account of Caretaker Services (Mark Warner).
Rates - NZD 65.00 per hour,
Airport Transfers
Example: A client requires transfer from their home residence in Tauranga to Auckland Airport for a late night international flight departure. I meet the client at their home residence, load up the luggage, and we depart Tauranga (using the client's vehicle) for the approximate 2hr30min road trip journey to Auckland Airport.
On arrival at Auckland Airport, I assist the client with the luggage, and bid farewell at the international departures terminal or flight/baggage check-in. I then return drive the vehicle to the client's Tauranga home residence (secure lock up). The total cost of this service would be NZD 325.00 (being a 5 hour charge for the combined two way trip). A similar service could be used for the collection and transfer of the client on their return.

Example: A Rotorua based fresh foods supply company requires a responsible stand-in delivery van driver to deliver chilled food orders to their customer base located in and around Tauranga and Te Puke. This requires diligent, time sensitive execution, correct route planning and thorough documentation including temperature recordings.
As arranged, I arrive on site at 6am to load up the van with the fresh food deliveries. After confirming the delivery route plan, I then head off for the first of the deliveries due in Te Puke at around 8am. Following this, the remaining Tauranga deliveries are completed by 1pm as required - then returning to Rotorua to unload the empty trays/crates by 2pm. The total cost of this service would be NZD 520.00 (being a 8 hour charge).

A professional driver service ensures your vehicle arrives in top condition
Example: A Tauranga based RV/motorhome dealership requires a near new, high value motorhome to be driven from Tauranga to Wellington for customer purchase/delivery. The motorhome and its equipment must arrive at the Wellington destination in pristine condition with as little on-road wear and tear as possible.
I collect the motorhome from the Tauranga dealership at 8am and then drive the motorhome to Wellington. Care is taken with driving following distances and on road positioning to ensure that the vehicle's paintwork and windscreen do not get chipped or damaged during the journey. This one-way trip takes a total of 8 hours (including rest breaks) with same day 4pm Wellington arrival. The total cost of this service would be NZD 520.00 (being a 8 hour charge).
