The term/duration of The Agreement: The term/duration of the The Agreement will commence on the start date as stated herein and will remain in force and effect until the end date as stated herein. It is agreed that either party may terminate/cancel The Agreement with 24 hours notice of intent thereof, and without any reason or incurred penalty on the part of The Client, business owner/responsible person, and/or Caretaker Services (Mark Warner). It is agreed that any notice of termination/cancellation of The Agreement must be provided by timely email notification.

Capacity of The Agreement: In providing services under The Agreement, it is agreed that Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) is acting as an independent contractor, and not as an employee. Caretaker Services (Mark Warner), and The Client acknowledge that The Agreement, and any subsequent work/business relationship does not create, promise or imply any joint venture, partnership or endorsement between them, and is exclusively and solely based on a short term contract for service purposes only. It is understood that The Client, business owner/responsible person/s are not required to make any payment contributions in regards of PAYE tax, or other tax deductions, or any type of other contributions, or benefits, in favour of Caretaker Services (Mark Warner). Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) is responsible for complying with all government taxes, levies, deductions and other associated costs and compliance issues relating to the business operations of Caretaker Services as a sole proprietorship operated by Mark Warner.
