Insurance: Whilst Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) maintains valid Liability Protection Insurances, it is the responsibility of the property owner/s and/or responsible person/s to maintain sufficient and effective insurance cover relating to all matters pertaining to their own property and possessions, including all types of equipment, machinery, vehicles and watercraft.

Vehicles: Whilst Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) maintains a valid vehicle drivers license, and Liability Protection Insurance, it is the responsibility of the registered owner to ensure that the vehicle/s driver and third party related insurances are valid and effective in the event of an accident or any possible injury, loss, or damage, caused or inflicted, or suffered, whilst under/in the care and/or operation of/by Caretaker Services (Mark Warner). Should Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) be instructed (be it in writing, or via text, email or verbal communication) to operate any road going vehicle/s, such vehicles must be fit for purpose, licensed, and display a valid Warrant of Fitness. In the event of any public road traffic violations/fines, and/or other driver related infringements that may occur as a direct cause, or result of negligence, or wilful intent on the part of Caretaker Services (Mark Warner), such costs and/or monetary penalties will be for the account of Caretaker Services (Mark Warner).

Watercraft: Any watercraft operated by Caretaker Services (Mark Warner) must be fit for purpose, and equipped with the necessary safety equipment, as well as communication and/or location devices as required by current governing regulations.

Declaration in respect of driver's license and criminal record: I, Mark Warner, sole proprietor of Caretaker Services hereby declare that I hold a full Class 1 vehicle driver's license with no demerit points and no conditions (copy of license to be provided). I further declare that I have no criminal record (past or present), and no other form of criminal conviction, record of arrest, record of caution, record of compliance, record of restriction, or other limitations, or pending investigation/s of any kind.
